"New Thread" button when viewing a thread?

Can this be done? In vB2, you could either reply to the post you're viewing by pressing Post Reply, or make a new thread in the same forum by pressing New Thread.

Can I edit any php files or templates to get this to work? Thanks.

How to add the New Thread Button back to Showthread

In Showthread template find
