MOD so admin and user who posted can only see

I saw this on a forum the other day. I dont know if this is standard Vbulletin but anyway. I would like it so that there is a forum where user posts something and only the user who posted and the admin can see it

I think you can do this without a hack or template mod. Under the main usergroup's permissions for the forum you want to act like this, is there a box where you can select something like "User can view own posts"? What about "User can view other's posts"? Hmm. Maybe I'm just not remembering correctly.

it would be eizer instead of setting for just one user, to set it as a forum premission,

users should have, can see others posts no and can reply to others no
