hide function
Hide certain text until a user has replied.. need to do this for my forums. anyone?

Sound's like the lockdown hack. I would say go to www.vbulletin.org since it would require hacking, but the lockdown hack is strictly forbidden over there.

I think it should be possible with the <if> <else> functions now :/ But yeah, i dunno :|

Not really. There is no way without hacking to tell whether the user has replied or not, so a simple if/else condition would not work

My bets would go on it being a hack, though I personally would not mention the lockdown hack at vBulletin.org as your thread will probably be locked and binned. The lockdown hack is usually used by warez and pirate boards, which is why discussion of such is usually 99% not allowed in any fashion.

but u can create a vbcode to hide text only if U want try to think about it ! |
