Technically, they are not obligated to change anything within the skin, whether there are 0 errors or 100, according to the license agreement (as they are sold "as is"). The "as is" clause could harm business easily, should it not be fixed, but there is no obligation to be held.
I do hope that you receive a response from either corey or matt though, it's a shame that you have not already. Both corey and matt used to be very active and support was flying (from what I heard), not sure what cause the slowness or lack of support.
