I was reading over the informatin about SD's skin he is selling, and came across this:

5). vBT/LimitNine reserves the right to terminate your license for breach of our license agreement. Licensing fees will not be refunded.

Now, just out of curiosity... How do you stop someone from using your skin? I am not trying to sound rude or anything, but just curious how you make them stop? lol.. Thanks..

Lawsuit or forcing the host to cut off service.

The law is very powerful these days, the ISP can get legal access which technically isn't 'evil hacking'

Contacting the host is the first step, most all hosts will work with you given you have proof (which I own the original PSD's, all 5-10 of them

).

If anyone is stupid enough to steal the skin, they should have their account closed, end of story and no second chances.

ISP's won't take the chance of having lawsuits against them, they'd go high and low to stop it happening.
