I'm sure there is a background box in the Style Settings you can just add the URL there...

Edit the 'Body Tag' in the style settings section of the admin cp.

to be exact, go to your cp click on Styles/Modify/[fonts/colors/etc].
scroll down to Page Layouts, then to the Body Tag. You will see domething like this <body background="images/1background.gif" bgproperties="fixed" text="#000000" id="all" leftmargin="10" topmargin="10" marginwidth="10" marginheight="10" link="#000020" vlink="#000020" alink="#000020"> the images/1background.gif is the backgorund of the page |
