Well, you're on the right track. You'd have to do it manually. Meaning that you'd have to go through each template and make the edits necessary for those variable to be different.

You could add a class to the CSS in the headerinclude template, but you'd still have to manually make the edits. It'd be a LOT of work, but you could do it.
