Well, first, you need your own logo! To replace the "vBulletin" logo in the top left. There are lots of other customizations you can to do make it look not so "out of the box". Maybe finding some new thread/forum icons.

Actually working on that now. thanks for the input.. I am just waiting for my graphics designer to get back from vacation.
