Their is no difference between innocent and not guilty by the courts. He is considered innocent til proven guilty. Personally I think that family was just out for money. they have had large suits against other large companies. I also think they will be getting some money from Michael, because in most states they will only have to prove that it was more likly than not. That is why we see people win money even though no one is jailed.

I read where they found a book from the 50s with naked kids in it. This book has been found at 3/4s of convicted child molestors.

Whats funny is that he wrote in the front of the book that he only looks at the book for art purposes...... So he knew they would find the book one day.

But by doing so he provides evidence that he had another agenda for owning the book, thereby giving himself an opening to discount that book from causing him trouble in the courtroom
