hello -

I have searched for a this and I believe i have seen this hack before. It is where on signup the user has an additional form of information collectewd to determine which usergroup they will be placed in.

Such as if sombody wants to join in the Photoshop games at my forums, they can if they meet certain requirements.

I swear I have seen this before??

That is cool... But I dont want to upgrade my forums. I am happy with how the are and look and used to the feel of them. Any help with getting this implemented into vbb2.x would be great!!!!!

ACP / Usergroups / Promotions
You could also setup a public usergroup and put a usergroup leader on it to check applications.
