Forums running VERY slow

[Big Daddy]

Ok, first of all, I am originally from Alabama.... Need I say more???? Let's take this down to like a kindergarten level.

My host is Hostsave.
Oversubscribed???? What does that mean?
Abusive Client???? Is that the guy in line at Wal-Mart with 11 items in the express lane???

The fact that I knew my server loads may have led you to believe I actually know what I am doing here. The only reason I knew them was because someone else checked it out for me.

Help me out here guys... What does all that stuff mean, and what do I do to correct it?
