Basically it's

[sql]SELECT userid, username, field2 FROM user LEFT JOIN userfield ON (userfield.userid=user.userid) WHERE usergroupid=X OR FIND_IN_SET('X', membergroupids)[/sql]

Where X is the ID of this usergroup.
