How can i Move all User Info And Username on the left Side like your vb?

My VB have the username and all data on the TOP of post.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > check "Yes"

You'll need to re-do the template edit for the postbit, in the arcade installation it will tell you to edit the template 'postbit', instead edit the template 'postbit_legacy'
