Use a different resolution then? In any case, i would of thought vbulletin made it so after so many characters being put together, a space is put in place so the browser breaks it onto a new line (obviously not text within [code]/[php]/[html] etc..).

Changing my resolution has nothing to do with it as that style has a fixed width anyways.
