May be a novice question :devious:
I just installed a new VB and planning to do an import from phpbb. will be installing a few hacks for VB as well. Now does it matter if I do the import 1st on a fresh VB and than hack the board, or should I hack and get every feature up 1st before doing the final import. |

It would depend on the hacks you want to install. Best would be to first import, then do your hacks. But this would mean more downtime.
You could ofcourse try first on a testboard. |

Well you could still do a testrun on a hacked board first. You should do some testruns anyway.
