>>just one forum for unreg users?<<
I'm trying to figure out the best way to setup vb so that we can have one forum where anyone registered or not can post in.
We require membership to post in our forums now but want a sep forum where we can ask our visitors why they are not registering. It's important that only admins can view the forum as there is no way to moderate it if open to the general public. I'm not worried about other people being able to read their posts after submission, would actually prefer that they can't. Am I correct to assume that I can simply create another forum with permissions allowing anyone to post but only admins to view? Not sure how that would even work, as if only admins can view, then how can anyone post? How would you setup such a beast? |

Set the forum to read for those who must read or post.
Set for all non admins that they can only read their own posts. |
