Login / Logout Link

I searched but I guess I'm not useing the right keywords....

Anyhow, can someone give me a example (or point me to a post) that shows something to this affect:

if user is not logged in display text/link: Click here to Login
if user is logged in display text/link: Click here to logout

Can anyone help me out?

I don't know if this explains it, but here's the bit from my template, just modified.
