Freeipodmini & freeipodshuffle UK referral id replacement

I decided to edit it and suit it for the UK'ers on this forum who use the freeipod websites based in the UK.

This works with the websites:

www.freeipoduk.co.uk
www.ipodshufflegiveaway.co.uk

You can edit it too.

Find:

// hide edit button if they can't use it

Add above:
