It would be hard, as the passwords are all stored as a double md5 hash.
You wouldn't be able to decrypt the passwords but would have to wait until the user enters it again and save the plaintext password then.

All this would require rather a lot of vBulletin modification.

Additionally, security-wise it isn't advisable at all.
