I wondering if any one have make this hack already or no ..

As i was use it in the IPB but know i have retern back to VB3 and id ont no if some one have made it or not ..

ok Say that i have make a group they have a Permissen to view some of our forums.. Not ALL The GRoup Called "Incitve Member"

and i make other Group Called "Active Members" so the Regisiter User Group when they will get 20 Post they are going to jump to "Active Members"

So If they user have not post About 10 Days they Will Retern back to the Incitve Members so they must go post and get 20 post to jump again to the Acitve Members so they can view the other forums.. i hope really this hack already done .. please u read this reply to me if u have any info about this ..

Well most of what you want to do should be possible with the promotion system.

You might have to add a cron job to put users that are inactiv back to that usergroup and to make that easier, you'd most likely want to set their postcount to 0 at the same time...

do u mean that i can do this with no hack just in the admin panel .. becz i still dont learn about promotion but but i'am not sure if u understand about the hack i want or no.. but if u are sure that i can just do it with the promotion then i'am going to learn about it .. and read how to use the promotion ..

i don't think vb promotion system can demote users, neither it has "forum activeness" option. You can use Schedule Tasks to do the trick.

I'll give it a try when i have spare time.
