The Bank option is working perfectly for all my members except one person!

Everytime she tries to get into her Bank (ever since it was first installed), she gets this message:

There seems to have been a slight problem with the Online Christian Parents database.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

But it works for everyone else. Any idea what I can do to fix this for her?

Shoot...I spoke to soon. She's still having problems...


She said she deposited 100,000 points but it didn't take they off her points total under her avatar and now when she tries to get into the Bank she gets an error message again.

I created a new account for her and merged the two (which is why she now has a different user ID) but the error came with her!

Her exact error is:

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.1:

Invalid SQL: UPDATE vb3_user SET uttpoints=uttpoints-100,000 WHERE userid='329'
mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '000 WHERE userid='329'' at line 1

mysql error number: 1064

Is there another query I could run or anything else I can try? Thank you!
