I am looking for a modification that will work in Forum users system tray and checks every 10 minutes if there is a new thread of new pm in the forum and if there is it will open a small pop up window and inform the user that X username opened a new thread named whatever or user y send you a private message.
And this program supposed to work even if your browser is closed.

Yes, consists of 2 parts:
- A PHP-Script on the server to run the queries and output XML
- A Windows Application to call this script and process its output

Is it possible to have both of them as a modification ? Or someone to code this ?
