Default Advertising MOD
Hello all...
when we were using a phpBB forum, I had a MOD made for me to appear in the Admin area.

It was a simple table, that listed all of our advertisers, their banner or text ads, their email, their length of time the ad was to run, and the $ that we charged same.

It didnt do much, but it did provide me with an instant way to see who's ad was running out and an easy email to click on to send them a renewal notice too. I was able to ADD a new advertiser, EDIT their record and DELETE a record too. Pretty simple stuff, but great to have.

Does anyone know, is such a MOD available to run on vB3?

Sorry, I've no idea what you mean by that?

Is that the name of an already-done mod? It may be, but I dont' recognize it..

My own had no name at all....just done for me by a coder -- oh I do have the code of course, but it was for a phpBB board...

It couldn't be *modified* to work with vB3 could it? (vB newbie here!)

Google for idevadman - much simpler than phpadsnew.

I've look into idevadman, and I feel that phpAdsNew is much more powerful & professional.

True, but idevadman is a doddle to use if your just after something easy and rotates banners with some stats for your paying customers.

Its 10x simpler too.
