Regarding vBindex

Ok what I am trying to do is get the vBindex sidebars (probably just Shoutbox & who's online) to view up on my sites right navigation. But since it is only called in the vbindex php file, I can't use the templates on the other pages of my site.

Any ideas how I would do this? I'm assuming adding the lines of php into each file would do the trick, but that would be ridiculous, any way I can do this through global.php since every script already calls it?

edit: I just realized it would probably be easier to use the original shoutbox hack, and put it in the sidebar, what about doing a who's online?
