webbbs "look" framed forum

So we went through a huge hack job on PhpBB to recreate this look & feel.

Are we looking at doing this again to vB or has anyone else done it already?

most vb users and most of the internet now cringes at frames and to my knowledge none have done this but should be easy to modify the templates
