Im about to throw my computer out the window, and I have really good patience!!

Im trying to create a business card. I downloaded the template file from the place that is going to print them for me.

for some reason when I upload the .eps file it doesnt work.

So i need someone to change it to a jpeg or something because I have lost patience and I am completely lost.
