As for your problem, it's most likely that on of the needed variables (globaltemplate/specialtemplates/actiontemplates) is not defined in your script, which would cause that error in init.php
You may want to inform the author, as it's obviously a mistake he made.

I've posted in the thread about it to the author, no respose yet :surprised:
I have this same problem, but I didn't implement a hack. I am getting this error when I try to do anything outside of vbulletin's directory, even when I change directories before including init.php. How can I set these variables?
