Maybe have it so contact information such as instant messengers and email isnt displayed accept in their listing and their replies to other members. Might want to make it so if someoine sends a reply its like sending them a NOTE or a "wink" letting them know they are interested. And it should only be visible to the listing owner and the person who has posted. Maybe have a hot list button, where someone can add them to their hot list, and have the hot list as a part of the navigation in the nav bar... Have "My Personals Listing" and "Edit My Listing", and "View Hot List" as a part of the nav bar IF they have a listing, if they do NOT, have a link to add a personals listing, depending on their state code (so it would take them to the proper add-listing page.
