Can we please behave? Personal issues with insanctus on a customer/client basis can be resolved on a personal level, but through privmsgs, phone or email.

He is here, not running or hiding, and processing clients as much as possible. Acting like a bunch of damn kids not getting their way immediatly is really immature and just gets your personal issue with him shuffed to the bottom of the pile of priority.

If you don't respect insanctus anymore doesn't mean you have to stop respecting this community or forum rules.

First off, i'm not the one he ripped off, and i have no personal issues with him other then him putting more stress on legit deisgners/coders when it comes to getting work. It's hard enough as it is. So when someone like that comes along and makes work harder for us, then i'll throw my $0.02 in.

Secondly, i will not 'Shape up'. Nor do i take orders over the internet, maybe you should read your own post about ranting,flaming and trolling. Telling me to shape up is no diffrent from me telling him b/s.

And lastly, your are right, about the ranting, flaming and trolling. It was uncalled for. And I am sorry, but it gets to me when things like this happen. There should be no reason for someone not to contact a paying client for over a month. I was in the middle of a hurricane and still got access to the net/phone/cellphone, to contact my clients for aheads up.

It just bugs me thats all.....

I'm here to add my 2 cents.

I've been e-mailing, PM'ing, and sending messages via carrier pigeon to this guy as well.

I sent him a deposit of $35 dollars months ago with absolutely no response. He basically stole my $$. All I asked for was a refund. He blantantly ignored me.

To lose $35 bucks didn't drain my bank account...so I basically stopping begging him to return the funds.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one.

I know the "buyer beware" rule . . .but it's obviously that this is not a situation where 1 or 2 random people have experienced the wrath of Insanctus. I think it's pretty sad. I wish the creation of this thread could have happened before I made the mistake of rushing my money to his paypal acct.

I asked him to do a simple job for me back in July. He asked for $60 for the job, $30 to start, $30 on completion.

I sent the $$ via paypal. He picked up the cash and blantantly ignored my various requests to return the $$.

I agree. He's a thief.

He PM'd me September 28th saying he'd refund me my money by October 5th. Two weeks later... nothing. [and I've pm'd him again with no response]

Rose, what's going to be done about people like him? You stated you were 'discussing it'.. it's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard what's going to happen with this guy and others like him.

VB.org is allowing users to defraud other users. Plain and simple.

On the 10th of October we banned Insanctus from vBulletin.org. We did contact him but we had no reply. He won't be able to answer anymore service requests and commit any more fraud. Thankfully this problem doesn't happen to often here at vBulletin.org. We have a large number of respectable workers here to fill in service requests properly Any other members acting like Insanctus did will be banned permantly.

We are sorry to those who were scammed by him, but due to section 8 of the Service Request rules (here) vBulletin.org does not intefere in anyway with Service Requests. However this does not mean we will not let any more users become victoms of fraud at vBulletin.org.

This is really strange behavior of him, becaus I have known him for over a year and he has hosted my sims 2 forum for a year too. Up until recently the site just dissapeared and I cant seem to get a hold of him. I dont know what would cause such strange behavior.
