Why not give them a value proposition like:
Avg Daily Page Views = 55,000
Page Views per Month = 1,650,000
Total CPM Units = 1,650
CPM Price = $7.50
Monthly Revenue = $12,375
Entire inventory puchase = 50% savings
Cost per month = $6,187.50

Oh yeah, congrats on starting a communtiy and having a major advertiser realize the value of it! If you don't mind, I'd love to know what your deal ends up being. If you don't feel comfortable posting, maybe you will PM???
