some of my members it says there are no actions...i tried everything i might need to check to see?

Well who are these some people? are they in more than one usergroup? did you check the action permissions?

permission seem fine..

one is in member user group and one is head mod user group other people in these user groups are fine..:S

you really need to make a follow up of your bugs, but not here.. use the uShop thread ot have answers from the guy that created the tool...
