Not sure if this has been made or not.

A registered user comes to the site or returns and a feature where the admin sends a PM but flags it as forced.

That user, no matter what point of entry into the site, will be forced to view the pm, maybe even have the first page he sees the actual pm.

Possible? Thoughs?

that really doesnt seem that hard to make.... seems like u could just put a variable and redirect code into the header and such.... i would be willing to try my hand on this if i did not allready have a dozen projects, and i would have no real use for this one
