How do I make a external web page appear

Im looking for the same thing actually. I want to make my photoalbum (copermine) built in vbulletin, so i have a page like this:

top with navigation of vbulletin
coppermine album
footers of vbulletin

I managed to get this working with iframes ( http://www.2fast4u.be/forums/fotogalerie.php ) but this is not what im looking for. The iframe will load the content of the coppermine album and resize itself at the moment.

What i want is to include the header and footer of vbulletin in the pages of coppermine album. I have tried a few things but i have no idea which code i can use to get the header and footer on those pages.

Anyone with some ideas/suggestions?
