i need the quick-rebly box for the vbulletin3.x.x
does anybody have it ?

quick reply box already exisits in vb3 you just gotta enable it in your admin options panel.

vBulletin Options --> Message Posting and Editing Options - Quick Reply Enabled

then use the option that desires your needs for the quickreply
