I am registered at vbulletin.com and get support there. I would like to download some hacks here but I am not allowed.

To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address you used to register here, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

Nope, as this is an official Jelsoft site you'll have to have a license.

Also, the hacks are (more or less) useless without vBulletin itself.

I mean who goes to the official Jelsoft mods site and say "hey, anyone know a way I can download hacks without having to buy the software?"

I have done that several times, each time getting confirmation that the details I have entered are updated.

However, and as I said, I get support on that site (the link you give me takes me to vbulletin.com).

No matter how many times I do it, I am not properly registered here.

It is getting rather aggervating!

That was the key question.

Sorry about the fuss. It seems I registered on this site from my work e-mail, and on the dot com site from my home.

I entered both mail addys in the form you linked me to, and now it seems to be working properly!
