i have been searching here for a few days now and have found nothing for my perdicament.
i am running 2.3.4
and when a user subscribes to a thread it send them a email on every new post made. this is causing a flood of emails and they are not happy.
i have not changed the email notify code at all and am wondering how to remedy this so that they only get one reply till they come and view the thread again. thank you and if i have missed where this info is i apologize as i said i have been looking and searching for days with no luck. thank you in advance

I just upgraded to VB 3 and I have the same problem, my members are getting emails on each post, as opposed to before when they got just one for each thread till they logged in.

They also told me that they get them even when they are logged in, that didn't happen before.
