Is there anybody doing a classified ads hack for vb3?

Features should include the following:

Classified listings are searchable via the vb3 site as well as in the ACP
Categories for classified listings
Add/remove/edit classified listings via the ACP
Select which users/usergroups can post classified listings
Users can edit their own classified listings
Image uploading with a classified listings
Html on/off setting in the ACP. Settable per category.
When posting an classified listing, it should have all the same features as posting a message.
Expiration dates on classified listing
Ability to renew classified listings
Maybe a "paypal" incorporation to be allowed to submit classified listings.

That is all I can think of right now.

aside of the Photopost Classified system, there is no real system for Classifieds.. and i would like to have one.

Well, the PhotoPost Classifieds system is kinda nice, and I do nto have a problem with paying for a big addition to my site, but $99 is way more than I have. Since what I am asking for is to enhance my site and not make money from it, I do not want to pay alot of money for a classifieds system. I am unsure how I would make money from something like this anyway.
