I remember seeing this for VB 2.3.5, but sadly I never found it for VB3.

What is the hack?
It is an affiliate hack which allows you to display affiliate buttons. Affiliates can sponsor a single category. Their button would be displayed along with the "sponsoured by" text to the far right of the category header.


Sorry if this sounds a little confusing.

I really really hope that someone may give a crack at this!

i'd like to see someone tie it to subscriptions so that people can pay for a sponsorship of a forum for a month. it's fairly straightforward except that you don't want 2 people signing up for the same one and so the subscription must be deactivated when someone has subscribed.

I need this also. Me selling ad space and this would be really good for me. I was able to add the sponsored by text to the forum but I want it different per forum.

I have come across a few sponsor type links here, but nothing like what I am looking for.

Any direction would be great.
