Fast way to make Avatars, Sig's and more

need to make a ton of Avatars, buttons, signatures, post icons and smiles, for my Vb site but don’t have the time to make them in Photo Shop, thus I’m looking for a simple program that will convert my images to required sizes and file types.

I know there was a dl for vb2 at vbulletin.com , I would think it would still work ?

I forget name of it, was a button maker, I tested it out long ago.... but not in vb3 it is only a small hope lmao.

Worked awesome, just won't work with Photoshop CS. You need Photoshop 7 with the scripting plugin installed, and the vB2 GDK.
