Um, do you keep regular backups of your PHP files? If so I would reupload them.. And hopefully you have a backup of your database, but I am assuming by your post that you don't... You might try running the table rapair tool on the database and look for any problems, then see if it can fix them. That's all I can really offer.. Hope it helps.
