You purchased 2 licenses for VB, right? Orelse you cannot legally do this...
You can share 2 user databases, is the same way like you want to share another software (HiveMail, PhotoPost) with VB.
I would recommend you to open a ticket at vb.com and let any of the support team post here letting us know you have 2 VB licenses.
