Ok, this hack looks really cool.. I have a few questions and problems that I hope I can get answered..
1. When it asks for DB name, user/pass does it mean your current forum database or a new database? 2. When it says CHMOD the files, does it mean every file including every subfolder in alice? 3. Run Query? I really dont get how to do that? 4. What do I need to do to run the SQL? I had edited and uploaded all files necessary and added the necessary commands, the only thing that I really have no idea how to work is the steps that involve MySQL. Can someone please help me? |

1. Use the same database information you use for the forum.
2. I belive so, yes. 3. Log into your site's cpanel (The panel where you can edit sub domains, e-mails, and all the options containg to your entire site) and look for the database manager. Then you should be able to run the querys from in it. 4. phpMyAdmin is a good one, but your host should have one installed for you already. |
