I'm a new vBulletin user, so please be easy on me if these are addressed elsewhere; I've searched and searched and can't find them!

When a user registers but hasn't yet been approved for membership, they still seem to show up in the Who's Online. I would like to be able to restrict Who's Online -- and indeed, the "newest member" line -- to only people who have been approved. Is there a way to do that?

Also, I'd like to be able to restrict certain usergroups to X number of posts per day. The only thread I've found here asked me to look for something from a user "zzed" and there's nothing I can find. Additionally, previous requests from others seem to have gone unanswered. If someone could please let me know, I'd really appreciate it!
