Importing .sql files back up

Do you have shell/ssh access?

If so
1) Upload the file somewhere on the server, for security reasons outside the webserver root
2) Login
3) mysql - u <mysqlusername> -p. You will be asked for your password afterwards
4) use <database for vB>
5) source <path/to/sql-file>
And wait ...

Note that <foobar> must be replaced with the actual value, without the <>
