Total members registered TODAY 1.0 (Forumhome)

This hack was requested by dawl here:

Its very easy to install...

Version 1.0:
This hack shows the total members registered TODAY on ForumHome next to the "Welcome to our newest member, xxxxx" message...

Example:

Members: 200, Threads: 2578, Posts: 9684
Welcome to our newest member, Psico.
Members registered Today: 4

Version 1.1
- Link to a list of new members(whoregister).

I am having trouble with this. I took over a board that had this hack installed and for some reason the number next to the register today: isn't there. I downloaded the hack and re-did everything (it was already there) and it still isn't there. Any ideas?

One question is...but root directory does it mean the directory the index.php for the board is in?

Does anyone know which part of the following code i need to edit so that it adjusts the registered joindate to compensate for an offset timezone.
My board is set for -5 hours.At the moment the members registered today total doesn't refresh until 5am.I want to edit the code so that the total refreshes at midnight.

nice hack, however I tried to install this and i am getting the same error as memtioned above

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: gettemplate() in /usr/home/mysite/public_html/forum/+++++gister.php on line 21

I have checked and rechecked and cannot find any problems. It counts new members just fine, just gives this error when you click on the number.
