I know it needs alot of work and I havent even started to add hacks yet.

The next thing I want to do is have a better header image, and integrate the nav bar buttons on the header. but I dont know that much about html (hardly any) so until I learn that its gona stay that style

A few other tweaks I want to do, but I dunno how.

open criticism is welcome

It looks very, black

At the moment cant really say much because you just have the default style but with changed colours. Seems from your 1st post you realise you have more too do. Maybe get the hackless avatar on homepage thing from www.vbulletintemplates.com and see if they have any thing else to offer.
