Is there a way for external users and / or existing users to tell if a member has a vb license? For example, an image that symbolizes that user is a license holder.

we've gone over this in the past.... I don't remember what the verdict was but i do think it was a no and it had to do with privacy issues.

Correct, the answer is no. If you suspect a user is a pirate, post here or go to http://www.vbulletin.com/contact/piracy.php .
