I am writing a hack for someone which includes clickable scratchcards where you can win virtual points (it's basically an extention of the excellent shop hack).

I am worried about the legality of minors using this functionality, even though they are only winning virtual points that have no real value.

I am wonder if I should include a disclaimer or something else.

Anyone got any ideas?

Actually if they are winning virtual points it shouldn't be illegal..... UNLESS they can redem these virtual points for something that is REAL. But if it is used for Virtual things that have no real value in the outside world I don't think you should need a disclaimer.
