www.neo-modus.com ( Direct Connect ) has some open source versions available for download. I'm not sure how clever u are with programing but people have made their DC's do some crazy stuff. You can also download and/or edit/create bots to manage what the users in the hub are aloud to share, I'd like to add that bot programing is very easy, and coding your own DC scripts to operate in the hub are fairly easy also if you have some programming background. You can link to your hub which, if your users have the dc software, will launch the program and your hub where they can transfer stuff.

This is an example of a rebuilt DC which works pretty well and is pretty standard software to most DC users.
