I have a file in my /images/avatars directory with a files called Thumbs.db and its 1,500 Megs? Why is this? Can it be Deleted?

IGNORE it was 1.5 Meg

Windows creates that file when you view the folder it was in using the Thumbnail view. You must have uploaded it with your other files; it is safe to delete.
